Our legal team provides legal advice and legal representation to Greek, immigrant and refugee women residing in the region of Attica and Central Macedonia.<\/span>\u00a0Services include full support for legal recourse in cases of gender-based violence (lawsuit, injunctions, divorce action, child support\/custody action, obtaining a residence permit for humanitarian reasons). All legal costs are covered.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our psychologists provide psychosocial support, through individual sessions, to Greek, immigrant and refugee women who reside in the region of Attica and Central Macedonia <\/span>and distance sessions for women living in other parts of the country<\/span>. Distance psychological support is also provided for women residing in other regions of the country. Referral to services and structures is possible, depending on the needs of each woman (housing, health care, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our services for the refugee population operate in Athens and\u00a0 Thessaloniki and are consisted of a specialized team of professionals (psychologist, social worker, lawyer, interpreter). The services are addressed to survivors (women, men, and LGBTQ+), refugees & asylum seekers, aged 16 years and above.\u00a0 We currently provide free psychosocial support and legal aid. The services also include referral and\/or accompaniment to public\/local institutions (police, shelters, hospitals, public insurance agencies, etc.). Interpretation is provided in English, French, Farsi and Arabic.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our counselors provide individualized professional counseling to survivors of gender-based violence who need it, in Athens (Greek, immigrant and refugee women) and Thessaloniki, Lesvos, Kos, and Leros (immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers).
