We know that it is hard to talk about everything that is happening to you. The fact that you are communicating with us it’s the first and most important step.
If you believe that you are in immediate danger, call the police or send a free of charge text (SMS) to 100, making sure that you mention:
a) address
b) your full name
c) a description of the emergency
(eg. “my life is in danger”, “my husband is violent towards me”)
