Remote psychosocial support
The program is addressed to Greek and migrant women, who experience all forms of gender-based violence and reside in Greece.

The Diotima Centre is implementing a remote psychosocial support program for survivors of gender-based violence, during the period March 2023 – January 2024, with a donation from the Athena I. Martinou Foundation.

Purpose

The project aims to support and empower survivors and reduce the consequences of gender-based violence.

Target groups

The program is addressed to Greek and migrant women, who experience all forms of gender-based violence, live in the outskirts, and have limited financial resources. To better serve these women, the possibility of telephone or online communication is given, ensuring all the safety and protection conditions of the beneficiary.

Women can call daily from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at 210 3244380, and/or contact by email at helpdesk.diotima@gmail.com.

Referrals can also be made by the responsible services of the Municipalities (Social Services, Community Centres, Shelters, Home Help Programs, etc.), the Counseling Centres, and the Shelters of the General Secretariat for Demographic, Family Policy, and Gender Equality.

**The remote psychosocial support service is part of the All Safe program and will run the period March 2023 – January 2024, with a donation from the Athena I. Martinou Foundation.
