We provide comprehensive services by specialized professionals to support and empower women and femininities who experience all forms of gender-based violence and have limited economic and social resources.

All our services are offered free of charge. Absolute confidentiality and respect for the choices and experience of each woman served are ensured at all stages.

legal assistance

Our legal team provides legal advice and legal representation to Greek and immigrant women, residing in the region of Attica and Central Macedonia. Services include full support for legal recourse in cases of gender-based violence (lawsuit, injunctions, divorce action, child support/custody action, obtaining a residence permit for humanitarian reasons). All legal costs are covered.

psychosocial support

 Our psychologists provide psychosocial support, through individual sessions, to Greek and immigrant women, who reside in the region of Attica and Central Macedonia and distance sessions for women living in other parts of the country. Distance psychological support is also provided for women residing in other regions of the country. Referral to services and structures is possible, depending on the needs of each woman (housing, health care, etc.). 

refugee population

Our services for the refugee population operate in Athens, Thessaloniki, Lesvos and are consisted of a specialized team of professionals (psychologist, social worker, lawyer, interpreter). The services are addressed to survivors (women, men, and LGBTQ+), refugees & asylum seekers, aged 16 years and above.  We currently provide free psychosocial support and legal aid. The services also include referral and/or accompaniment to public/local institutions (police, shelters, hospitals, public insurance agencies, etc.). Interpretation is provided in English, French, Farsi and Arabic.

professional counselling

Our counselors provide individualized professional counseling to survivors of gender-based violence who need it, in Athens (Greek women, immigrants, refugees) and Thessaloniki, Lesvos, Kos, and Leros (immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers). We aim to support and facilitate their access to the labor market, upgrade their skills, and empower them to achieve economic independence.
