Remote psychosocial support for women
The programme is addressed to Greek and immigrant women, who experience all forms of gender-based violence and reside in Greece.

The Diotima Center, responding to the actual or personal difficulties faced by many women who experience gender-based violence and reside in the regions, to communicate with support structures, implements a project offering free, remote psychosocial support.

The project is addressed to Greek and migrant women who experience all forms of gender-based violence, reside in the regions and have limited financial resources.

The purpose is to support and empower survivors and reduce the consequences of gender-based violence. Aiming at better servicing women, the project offers the possibility to communicate by phone or the internet, while safeguarding the safety and protection of the beneficiaries.

Women can call daily from Monday to Friday, 10.00-18.00, at 210 3244380, and/or contact via email at helpdesk.diotima@gmail. com.

Referrals can also be made by the competent Municipal services (Social Service, Community Centers, Shelters, Home Help Program, etc.), the Counselling Centres and Hostels of the General Secretariat for Demography, Family Policy and Gender Equality.

**The remote psychosocial support service is part of the All-Safe program and will operate from March 2023 to January 2024, with the support of the “Athena I. Martinou Foundation”.
